The website's copyright statement states "You are free to make use of these materials for personal or public purposes so long as they are not for profit."[1] That is not compatible with the GFDL which allows for commercial usage. If you hold copyright for the material, you can have the website update that page to say released under the GFDL or have them send an email to "permissions-en AT wikimedia DOT org" from an address that is identifiable as being authorized to provide such permission. While you may have written the original materials, that website is the one claiming copyright over it. Let me know if you have more questions. Thank you for the quick (and thorough) response.

If I were to delete the bio page from the Shaver website, then I think that the Wiki Shaver site would meet the GFDL copyright conditions since the other page would not exist. Is this true?

I would then be free to reinstall the bio from on the Shaver site at a later point - since I can copy (and reference) some of the material from Wiki without violating the GFDL conditions.
