First, this is a non-neutral article ("his acclaimed works") verging on promotion. You've not really made a case for notability, nor provided the depth of independent sources needed to evidence his notability. He's a 15-year old who has got a little bit of PR, for whatever reason. At best WP:TOOSOON. But rather, let's hope he grows out of it.
