I'm not sure what IP you are referring to since you didn't say and only a few of us have access to your IP address when you are logged in (such as Luna Santin). However, if the IP is blocked until August, it's because many accounts on this IP address have been used to perpetuate serious abuse. See WP:ACC for instructions on how to request an account, if you have a reputable email address to make the request from. Otherwise there's nothing much we can do; there's IP block exemption but it would be inappropriate to give that privelege (with its potential for abuse) to a user with no contributions. We realize that it's because of the IP block. But for the reasons I explained above it's going to be difficult to find a solution for you. I believe that going through WP:ACC with a reputable email address (such as a college address) might suffice but I couldn't think of anything else. Mango juice^talk 03:37, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
