Proposed deletion of List of Project CARS DLC[edit]

The article List of Project CARS DLC has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Blatant violations of WP:VGSCOPE and indiscriminate information. Lists must be notable on their own to be stand-alone lists.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Please note that while your list was tagged for PROD, that is not a reason to suddenly PROD several other similar lists with the same reasoning. I did leave a message on the editor that tagged the CARS DLC page that the reasoning they used was not exactly right (in particular related to notability and lists). I would strongly suggest that you do two things: undo all the PRODs you have added (I've already removed a couple), as these types of actions are not seen as in good faith by the community, and start a discussion at the Video Games project to justify the list. I will note I did a quick search and see that the DLC for CARS is readily announced so it is possible that this may be a valid list, though I note that we have also had problems with car lists in past racing games typically due to lack of verification. --MASEM (t) 20:58, 25 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
