Texas Jack[edit]

Saw you updated Texas Jack's page. It was in desperate need. I've written a biography about Jack, and am in talks to publish it now. As such, I'm not sure of the ethics (if there are any) in changing the page myself. There's quite a bit about Jack that isn't well known, I found out.

Anyway, nice to see someone else interested in Mr. Omohundro. KidCharlem (talk) 15:53, 22 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@KidCharlem: Thanks for the message. Jack is a distant ancestor of mine and I've been interested in and passively researching him for sometime. As far as I know you can cite your book once it's published, and don't believe there is any conflict to edit glaring mistakes or omissions in the meantime – or if you prefer bring them to my attention and I'll address them. After your book finds a home let me know where to find it, I'll be interested to check it out. BaomoVW (talk) 06:01, 23 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@BaomoVW: If you're interested, I'd be happy to share what I've written with you. Drop me an email. Some of it is in flux, depending on publisher's suggestions, etc, but I'd love to have the opinion of someone who is well-versed in Jack's history and times.

A cup of tea for you![edit]

Thanks for your work on the California Joe Milner page. Owlsmcgee (talk) 03:28, 30 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
