Bush v Gore[edit]

Thanks for your comments. I agree that several of the seven justices that favored the equal protection argument may have done so for expediency, but we have to report what they decide, not report what we think they were thinking. At least three times in the article it is noted that only 5 of the 7 ruled that there was not time to continue the recount (including the second paragraph of the intro), I don't think we need to hit people over the head on this in every section. btw, I read the Dershowitz book, the Bugliosi book and several others as my summer reading project in 2002. I wish there were a lot more discussion about the Florida circuit court and Florida Supreme court rulings, it would make the Bush v Gore article more complete. VMI peer review[edit]

You've worked on the VMI article. I have posted the article, Virginia Military Institute, at Wikipedia:Peer review/Virginia Military Institute/archive1 and would appreciate your comments. Rillian 00:52, 10 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Waking the Dead[edit]

Hey... just to let you know that I've just moved the article on TV series Waking the Dead to disambiguate it from the film of the same name (which although not yet created, is linked to by numerous other articles). I changed the link on your user page, accordingly. Cheers, UkPaolo 19:38, 14 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Jan Smuts[edit]

Thanks for the thumbs up. It is quite unnerving that nobody else is interested in the article! Obviously, the date of completion depends on any future hiatus. Currently, it has 21 sections, and covers about half of Smuts' life. If I keep up the pace of writing a section a day, it'll be completed in a month, although it's more likely to be six to eight weeks. The 'in-depth' section is already 6,000 words, and is almost in the top 200 articles by file size, with only three pictures; it's going to be one heck of a long article. Something a little less serious...[edit]

Thanks, actually I knew nothing of qualia at all. The name Quale is Norwegian, and some of my relatives may spell it Quail. Although we pronounce it the same as quail, another perhaps more common pronunciation is "kwa-lee". Quale 21:20, 19 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

List of Kilkenny people[edit]

Hi, I've added some people to the list. You might like to cast a eye over it now? Dlyons493 Talk 20:32, 20 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
