Can you people please tell me here in Lehman's terms what the heck is wrong with the article? Bballssm1 20:44, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

To be blunt, the subject of the article isn't notable enough. Winning a couple of high school golf tournaments really isn't that big a deal, when you consider how many high school golf tournaments there are. This person is not a professional golfer. He did not set any records. There is apparently nothing about him to set him apart from the many other people who have won sports tournaments in high school. Joyous! | Talk 22:51, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well that's like saying singers or other music artists who only sell a few thousand records are not worthy of having a page. I mean around his area he's a pretty big deal. He has broken plenty of scoring records for his school and won the MVP race by one of the largest margins ever. And if other high schools wanted to post webpages about their champions I don't see why they shouldn't be able to. Just because they don't doesn't mean this kid should be cut short his page. -Bballssm1 22:57, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
