Ongoing discussion on power station infobox

[edit]

Hello Beagel,

I saw your signature on Template talk:Infobox power station and since that page has an ongoing discussion of changes to that infobox, I thought you might have something to contribute:

Template_talk:Infobox_power_station#Nuclear_Power_Plants:_Status_value_when_reactors_operational.2C_but_not_generating_power_for_years_.3F

Best regards, Lklundin (talk) 21:12, 20 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your notification. I have that template on my watchlist and I am aware of that discussion. I did not contribute to that discussion yet as I need a little bit more time to go trough the current discussion before making my contribution. Beagel (talk) 14:53, 23 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

BP follow-up

[edit]

Hi Beagel, I found a couple details in BP that can be referenced to the 2016 annual report, rather than the 2015 filing, as you requested. Can you review them at the bottom of our recent discussion here?

I am happy to discuss any questions. Thanks. Arturo at BP (talk) 20:35, 30 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Arturo at BP. I see that the article was updated by DrStrauss. Wish all the best. Beagel (talk) 18:27, 3 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Help with Kosmos Energy

[edit]

Hi Beagel, I'm looking for help with expanding the article for Kosmos Energy and I thought to reach out to you as you're a long-standing member of WikiProject Energy and have previously made an edit to the Kosmos Energy Wikipedia article when it was still just a stub, as well as editing the Jubilee Oil Field article. As you might be aware, Kosmos discovered the Jubilee Oil Field, and the company has made some other significant discoveries in the last few years, but the Wikipedia article is still very short. To help build out the page, I've been working on a draft and have been proposing chunks of it via the Kosmos Talk page, starting with the infobox and now moving on to an all-new proposed Operations section. Is this something you'd be interested to look at? Thanks in advance! 16912 Rhiannon (Talk · COI) 20:46, 18 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Somehow forgot to mention: I have a conflict of interest, as I'm working on behalf of Kosmos via PR group Ogilvy as part of my work at Beutler Ink. As such, I won't be editing the article directly and would prefer to get uninvolved editors' feedback and help taking changes live. 16912 Rhiannon (Talk · COI) 20:51, 18 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
 Done. Beagel (talk) 18:24, 3 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hi again, Beagel! Thanks so much for the review and updating the article. I know you're busy, so I just wanted to drop a quick note here to say how much I appreciate the close review and I'd be grateful if you could take a look at the small edits I've suggested to finish up the page. No rush, just making sure it is on your radar and to let you know if you're not able to peek, definitely let me know and I can be sure to reach out elsewhere if needed. Thanks again! 16912 Rhiannon (Talk · COI) 20:47, 9 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Just a quick nudge here to see if you'd still be able to take a look at these edits? Thanks in advance. 16912 Rhiannon (Talk · COI) 21:15, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

New Page Reviewing

[edit]
Hello, Beagel.

As one of Wikipedia's most experienced Wikipedia editors,
Would you please consider becoming a New Page Reviewer? Reviewing/patrolling a page doesn't take much time but it requires a good understanding of Wikipedia policies and guidelines; currently Wikipedia needs experienced users at this task. (After gaining the flag, patrolling is not mandatory. One can do it at their convenience). But kindly read the tutorial before making your decision. I recently sent you an invitation to join NPP, but you also might be the right candidate for another related project, AfC, which is also extremely backlogged.
Would you please consider becoming an Articles for Creation reviewer? Reviewing drafts doesn't take much time but it requires a good understanding of Wikipedia inclusion policies and guidelines; currently Wikipedia needs experienced users at this task. An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Eesti Merelevandus. Since you had some involvement with the Eesti Merelevandus redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so.

I hope this is fine by you - I would put it under speedy deletion R3, but it's a pretty darn old page. Ashela (talk) 17:09, 30 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
