Manchester United record attendance[edit]

Might I suggest that this gets taken to the talk page (Talk:Manchester United F.C. records and statistics#Record attendance) before one or both of you gets blocked for edit warring. Oldelpaso (talk) 11:27, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I can't help but wonder if I might have exchanged email with you at some point. After all, I probably have done so with the majority of those holding an obsession with the historical details of MCFC... These days there's a lot more to get used to for new users than when I started. As Wikipedia has grown, so have the rules that govern it, which can make things a little bewildering for the newcomer. I much prefer adding new material to the admin side of things but it is easy to get distracted. My next target is a top to bottom revamp of History of Manchester City F.C., but whether I get around to it is another matter. Oldelpaso (talk) 12:24, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Re your comments about sources on Talk:History of Manchester City F.C.; my bookshelf weighs somewhat heavier than it did when I first created the page in early 2006. While I still lack a copy of Manchester: The Greatest City (second hand copies go for silly money) those I do have are listed at User:Oldelpaso/Sources Oldelpaso (talk) 15:12, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
