Hi there, a very nice article but I have a few queries that you might just want to check to ensure I've got my edits right. Under Construction, I've changed Land Lease (your original) to Lend Lease as I assume that is the company – they went on to buy Civil and Civic. I've also clarified that Boyd was then with Grounds, Romberg and Boyd (Grounds left in '62 according to Wikipedia page). In the same section, I've amended compression to spatial compression as that seems to be how it's described in relation to architecture.
Under Reception and criticism, I made some very slight amendments to Boyd's quote as the original didn't quite read right. Perhaps you could check to see if I've rendered it accurately. Your version: ’It is of course the convention in conventional buildings to clothe structure as if it were as rude as the nude human body, while the exposing of air-conditioning ducts and such equipment is considered positively pornographic. Yet to most serious architects the idea of covering important elements of the system which make the building stable and workable is objectionable’[1]
I've added commas round of course, as I suspect they would have been there. I've changed the last line to 'system which makes' (it should be that or systems which make). Thanks. Libby norman (talk) 12:43, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
