How does this decision get to be described as "resolved in Stewart's' favor" when it's so clearly resolved in the state's favor? Is there another decision you meant to cite? Daniel Case (talk) 02:16, 28 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You're right, I didn't realize this case resolved in the state's favor when I cited it since it was the only case I found that Perky Milk had. Perhaps this case was later appealed and overturned? Benjaminaventi (talk) 02:23, 28 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
