Hello Betsy
I'm sorry to tell you that you've gotten off a little wrongfooted.
  1. Your userpage is a place for you to write a few things about yourself and your WP efforts. It is not supposed to be your autobiography, your CV, or to look like a Wikipedia article. It is also not a place to develop new article content. For that, use a sandbox or userspace draft.
  2. The article content that you've developed on your user page is nowhere near ready to be considered as an article. It has NO REFERENCES at all. Without references to reliable, independent, published sources, there can be no article.
  3. The draft indicates that you have a close connection with the subject. This means you have a conflict of interest which must be disclosed according to our policies. In general, it is recommended that you net even attempt to write an article for which you have a COI.
  4. And given that the subject apparently has a close personal relationship with you, you need to read the advice about autobiographies.
If you choose to continue down this path, you need to pay attention to the instructions at your first article and referencing for beginners. You should also look at the notability requirements for artists and be sure that your references satisfy the criteria laid out there.
I realize that this seems like a lot of bureaucracy and extra work but this is the only way that we know for Wikipedia to survive. Everything we say must be verifiable; an interested reader should be able to find the facts backed up in published source. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 07:34, 25 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Another worrisome thing is whether you have copied text into your draft that was published elsewhere (whether or not it was written by you). The copy violation detector indicates that you have one, maybe two, sentences essentially identical in wording with one from [myrtlebeachartmuseum.org/event/opening-reception-awards-horry-georgetown-county-high-schools-19th-annual-juried-art-exhibition a museum's webpage]. WP articles must be written in your own words. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 21:47, 25 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
