Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Flashlight. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. - carrot 21:56, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

By adding that the site is constantly down it could be classed as point-of-view, though I doubt it. The user disagreed with your edit, and reverted it. Also, comments aren't the place to have arguements. You should use a talk page or a user talk page. Also, I've used you with a civility warning. Thanks. Computerjoe 22:24, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please try and keep a cool head, despite comments people may make against you. Personal attacks and disruptive comments will only escalate a situation; please keep calm and action can be taken against the other parties if necessary. Your involvement in attacking back can only satisfy trolls or anger contributors, and lead to general bad feeling. Please try and be civil. Thanks! Ok, how about this for proof? The following page lists every instance that that forum has been down. http://cpfunderground.americanconservatives.net/CPFUnderground/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=lifeline Now, kindly leave me alone. If it is truth, it is not vandalism. Period. (And for your information, carrot was the one that started putting that stuff in the comments...not me. I simply replied there since that's where he put them.)

Every site has outages. I left a vandalism note in the comments for visibility, since you and/or other people did not see them on the talk pages. Skomae 22:36, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You know as well as I do how widespread and frequent those outages are. They are far more often than for any other forums listed. Probably ten-fold. Again, just because you do not like it does not make it vandalism especially when it is true.

Please see my response on Talk:Flashlight. Skomae 00:03, 1 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Flashlights and Foray[edit]

Hello,

First off, please sign your comments left on talk pages, using ~~~~, which inserts your username and the date.

Secondly, please understand the difference between "vandalism" and other types of edits. What User:Foray did was not vandalism, and making threats ("reported for vandalism") are rude and contrary to the spirit of this project. The "agreement" you keep claiming exists seems to basically be between an anonymous IP or two and one registered user on Talk:Flashlight, which is hardly any sort of group consensus. Nobody owns flashlight or any other article.

Thanks. kmccoy (talk) 12:23, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Listen, you had better have a discussion with this "Foray" individual or there will be consequences. The agreement is between myself and another registered user -- not an anonymous IP. Maybe you had better learn how to read the discussion page a little more closely.

This will go on forever. <Personal attack removed kmccoy (talk) 23:36, 8 June 2006 (UTC)> [Foray] will remove the text and I'll just keep putting it back. Do you consider that productive? It is amazing anything gets done on here with an attitude like yours.Betterthanyouare 17:15, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If you continue to make personal attacks, then you are correct in saying that there will be consequences. This is your warning. Do not make personal attacks. kmccoy (talk) 23:36, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, listen KEVIN...how about not attacking me and doing your job instead??? Did you bother to read my message here?? Be careful with your own threats...it's clear you haven't the first clue who you're talking to.

You need to actually READ the flashlight discussion page, comprehend the agreement there, look at the page history and see there are other people (aside from myself, that apparently agree with the text) reverting the page to include "occasionally offline"...and then take appropriate action on this "Foray" individual. Or I have other people I can contact if you're ...umm..."friends" with him or something. Betterthanyouare 03:09, 9 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is your final warning. Please do not continue to make threats or personal attacks against other users. Thank you. kmccoy (talk) 08:24, 9 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please tell me what (SPECIFICALLY!) threats or personal attacks you are referring to. BTW, looks like a lot of people on your 'talk' page tend to agree with me. Odd.

See the following contributions:
(calling user a "child", threatening to "go to the admins"),
(personal attack),
(use of test4 template as a threat, entirely inappropriately),
(threatening a user with punishment for vandalism, when the user is not vandalizing).

You know what? Nevermind...I got this. I will take care of this right now. Betterthanyouare 14:17, 9 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your mediation request[edit]

Hello there. I am Cowman109Talk from the Mediation Cabal. I just came here to inform you that your request for information was not filed properly. While the link to the mediation page is on the correct page, you have not filled out what needs mediating. Please see Wikipedia:Mediation Cabal/Cases/2006-06-09 User kmccoy and copy and paste {{subst:medcab2}} into the edit box and hit save, then go and fill out the questions asked. Thank you. Minor edits[edit]

Please do not abuse minor edit markings. Check out Help:Minor edit. Your revert of the text was not a minor edit. Specifically see the section about "disputed pages". Thanks. kmccoy (talk) 17:09, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Admin look-over[edit]

Hi. I was asked to have a look over your edit war. It seems fairly unexceptional. kmccoy is being sensible and giving you good advice, please take it. Report violations of WP:3RR at WP:AN3 if necessary. I'm surprised you are at meditation: it seems inappropriately early to me, but who knows, it may help William M. Connolley 19:59, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello...could you check over this situation again, please? I'm not sure what Kevin's problem is, but he is being excessively heavy-handed with respect to me. Since looking into the problem with another user, he has made this issue a personal vendetta of his, constantly nagging me for issues that are minor and also secondary to the true problem. I am not the instigator here and I want this stopped. Thanks. Betterthanyouare 13:40, 26 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Continuing personal attacks.[edit]

Please do not make personal attacks on other people, as you did at User talk:Foray. Wikipedia has a policy against personal attacks. In some cases, users who engage in personal attacks may be blocked from editing by admins or banned by the arbitration committee. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Please resolve disputes appropriately. Thank you.

(Specifically, this edit.)
