I reverted your change, mostly because the reference was a blog (which almost universally do not qualify as WP:RS), and it doesn't provide a reference to what was supposedly measured. If you can provide a reference to the actual study, or at least a reference which provides some kind of numbers, we can put this back in. I suspect the comment is correct, evacuations almost always cause deaths and anxieties, but we shouldn't say that it was measurable until we can point to the measurements.
