Multiple account(s)?

[edit]

Hello, Bilstin,

It's very unusual for a new editor, in their first edit, would know about speedy deletion CSD codes to tag an article for deletion. What other accounts have you used to edit Wikipedia? Are any of them under a block right now? No new editor would be aware of the correct deletion codes and apply them correctly. Thanks for any additional information you can offer. Thank you. Liz Read! Hey there! Thanks for reaching out. I lurked reading some talk pages before editing, which is how I learned of speedy deletion. I’m not confident that I applied it correctly, and any guidance is welcome. I reached out to another more experienced editor who was listed as active and who had previously edited the page for assistance to verify that I applied the code correctly User talk:Mazewaxie, but you have reached me first. Thanks again!
I understand that this is unusual. I have no other accounts. I found the documentation on deletion codes somewhat opaque. In the case that the code was applied incorrectly, please do let me know so that I can fix it.
I have attempted to be more conservative in my edits to Meso-Zeaxanthin, but I would also appreciate any feedback on these.
Also, in the interest of full disclosure, I sometimes login from an IP associated with the University of New Mexico, which is blocked for various rule breaking edits. Note that my account is older than these edits and associated blocks, although my first edit was only yesterday. Bilstin (talk) 12:54, 22 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
