Society for Research on Biological Rhythms

[edit]

I appreciate that your work here is part of an academic course, but you may like to look at WP:PEOPLE for guidance on listing names that do not have a Wikipedia article. As a summary, it is generally not a good idea to list individual names unless they either have a Wikipedia article or the names are individually well sourced. This protects against less rational editors simply adding in their own name, names of friends, names of cartoon characters, or the name of their neighbour's dog. You are doing a great job referencing all your names. It all looks plausible and good. If you look at WP:LISTBIO you may also see that the references should demonstrate the membership in the list of the names quoted. In your case this would be membership of the Society for Research on Biological Rhythms‎. I suspect that may be difficult, and I also suspect that in your shoes, I wouldn't spend too much effort on that aspect. However, do be prepared for editors removing names that are not fully supported by the refs. Don't take it as a personal affront - some editors feel more pedantic about the policies and rules than others. Regards  Velella  Velella Talk   22:59, 9 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
