The article Michael DeRosa has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The person failed WP:BASIC. None of the references provided in-depth coverage of his person. References provided only show his opinion about real estate and the routine work of his company. Failed WP:ANYBIO.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
