Advice[edit]

Dear Bloodbath,

Thank you for being so willing to improve Wikipedia. However, it appears from your edits that you may have misunderstood a few core principles of our project. May I suggest that you read Wikipedia:Neutral point of view? This non-negotiable principle is often hard to understand, but our whole project is based on this pillar.

I also think DrafonflySixtyseven's advice to read Wikipedia:User page would be a good idea. Another core principle of Wikipedia is that it aims to be an encyclopedia. As such, the user pages of our editors have a specific purpose and they should not be used as a platform to attack a small or large set of people.

Last, please remain civil at all times, and don't call people names. The collaborative nature of Wikipedia makes it mandatory to respect the other editors, otherwise we can't work together.

I hope you enjoy working on Wikipedia. Sincerely, guillom 20:36, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Steve Douchey listed at Redirects for discussion[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Steve Douchey. Since you had some involvement with the Steve Douchey redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. BDD (talk) 15:52, 20 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
