Regarding Speedy Deletion
Hello, Bloomshouse. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. I'm sorry, but this has been deleted as meeting one or more of the Categories for Speedy Deletion. See the message above this one for more information about why this was deleted.
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects of articles must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources providing verifiable information. Someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject.
Any deficiencies should be remedied before reposting as they can lead to repeated deletions.
If you want to try again, please use the Article Wizard to guide you through the creation process.
You can make test edits in your sandbox.
You may find this tool useful for finding sources: Google custom search
Please see Wikipedia:Citing sources . Template:cite has templates you can use in citing your sources. Place the template {{references}} at the bottom of the page, and references cited in the text will appear there.

Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Bloomshouse. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Yaw Sarpong-Kumankuma, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Reb1981 (talk) 01:53, 27 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Starr FM (Ghana) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Notability not established per any relevant criterion like WP:ORG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ☆ Bri (talk) 02:21, 29 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Just-Ice GH

[edit]

Hello, Bloomshouse. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Just-Ice GH".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Hhkohh (talk) 12:11, 7 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

UPE warning

[edit]
Information icon

Hello Bloomshouse. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Charass, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Bloomshouse. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Bloomshouse|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Celestina007 (talk) 19:48, 14 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Before officially reporting you to WP:COIN for possible undisclosed paid editing can you explain how you have the file on the article as your “own work” without declaring a COI? Celestina007 (talk) 19:55, 14 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please explain

[edit]

I have moved your most recent article from Rex Nosa to Draft:Rex Nosa for diverse serious reasons, notability, a potential COI and factual inaccuracies, but allow me begin with this image, please how did you obtain this image? Secondly, in the Awards section the claim that he won the city people best actor award is not true, the inline citation you placed adjacent the claim invalidates that as the clearly states Yul Edochie was the winner in that category, Furthermore it appears the WP:COMMONNAME of the article is “Nosa Rex” I stumbled on this. Could you please explain how you got the image and why you made a claim that isn’t accurate in the article? Celestina007 (talk) 12:53, 18 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hold on a second it appears it is who is misreading this, there seems to be a category for “best actor” and “best new actor” allow me cross check this, for now, if you could explain how you got the image to be your “own work” ? I’ve completed the re-examination and you are right, I’m sorry, they won the award, “Best actor” and “best new actor” are clearly different categories. Furthermore please moving forward, do not use BellaNaija as a reliable source, the reason is; it is a blog thus there isn’t and real editorial oversight neither do they have a reputation for fact checking. Furthermore I observe that in 2018, Bri asked you this question. Prior leaving this message I didn’t see that notice and if in 2021 similar concerns are being raised, it doesn’t look good. Please see WP:COIDISCLOSE if you haven’t. Thank you for your time. Celestina007 (talk) 13:14, 18 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Communication and COI

[edit]

You appeared to have done this without replying to this. If an article is drafitified for potential COI it differs from draftification due to notability, this was drafitified due to serious COI possibility thus it is good practice to communicate and explain certain things before the article is published. If you refuse to communicate it does the collaborative project a disservice and may lead to you being indefinitely blocked if a case is officially opened at WP:ANI. Furthermore if you move it back to mainspace, I’d be left with no other option than to use {{UPE}} tag that mandates you to communicate before editing any further and if you ignore that I would be left with no option than to officially report this due to the fact that you have refused to answer cogent queues and posses a history of doing so. Please I do not want that to be the case here if at all, please use the WP:AFC method to create the article. Celestina007 (talk) 15:01, 18 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Director Kenny requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, a group of people, an individual animal, an organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content, or an organized event that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.

Moe Musa moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Moe Musa, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) In addition, there appears to be a WP:UPE or WP:COI conflict. Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, and have addressed the UPE/COI issue, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Please do not move into mainspace yourself. Onel5969 TT me 19:06, 31 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bloomshouse. There were concerns about the article on Yves Nyami which you created, and I wanted to make you aware of recent changes to the notability guideline on sportspeople and especially footballers. Following a recent community discussion a number of notability criteria changed, and in general footballers and other professional athletes need to satisfy some basic criteria including at least once citation to significant coverage (not a database or statistical entry) of the subject in order to be included. Hopefully this helps, and let me know if you have further questions. Wug·a·po·des 19:19, 6 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]
Information icon

Hello Bloomshouse. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements.

— Ingenuity (talk • contribs) 17:35, 16 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Ingenuity, thank you so much for your message. I am never connected to any subject I write or edit about. I have no connections, I love editing and working on wikipedia articles. I have done this for a while now. I have no connection besides, I am not being paid anything for doing this. Thank you so much for your concern and nice meeting you. Have a wonderful day, Bloom.
