Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Bokareis, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits to the page New World Order (conspiracy theory) have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may be removed if they have not yet been. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles. Additionally, all new biographies of living people must contain at least one reliable source.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Most of what you ask about is covered in the standard welcome message above, but IMO the most important stuff is found at Wikipedia:Citing sources, Wikipedia:Inline citation, and off course Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources.

Why is this unrelated trivia

[edit]

Because it's both trivia and unrelated... illuminati freemasonery (apart from in the mind of conspiracy nuts). For it to be relevant to the article you're working on the source cited MUST tie it to the illuminati (it would still be trivia though). Semirelated, I'm wondering if the whole article (which is getting better referenced) fails WP:SIGCOV. As pointed out by Location over at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Illuminati symbolism, the material may properly belong in a different article. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Illuminati symbolism, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page New World Order. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Gothic language, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Heathenry (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
