Proposed deletion of Franco Manzi
[edit]I removed the proposed deletion tag you placed on Franco Manzi. The proposed deletion policy says that once a proposed deletion tag is removed from an article, it cannot be replaced. I only removed the tag to make sure policy is followed, I have no opinion on whether the article should be deleted.
