I would indicate the alternate names used by other companies (dynamic SIM allocation - or is it activation, virtual HLR, smart HLR), so that we can create redirects to this page from these names.

Style[edit]

The use of numbered lists is not acceptable in wikipedia for the main content of a section. Furthermore, using manual "bolding" instead of proper wiki syntax for sub-sectioning is considered bad-practice on wikipedia. Our article will be removed if we use such a style.
