You reverted an IP here. The IP's edit was correct. It's Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 and Wreck-It Ralph 2 redirects to the former. You also left a level 3 warning on the IP's talk page here. Please don't start at an elevated level for such a minor edit even if the IP had entered the wrong information. It can make it difficult to request a block. For instance, Huggle would automatically escalate to a warning 4 then want to report. If there is little to report, then an admin wouldn't block. A Huggle user might go through an number of edits and not find any reason to report a block which can be a time sink. So, unless it is a major issue, please start with a warning 1? Thank you Jim1138 (talk) 07:22, 1 April 2017 (UTC)

Hey Jim, I saw multiple level 2 warnings, and so my inclination was to up to the next level. My apologies, I did not do my due diligence on this revert. BOVINEBOY2008 11:28, 1 April 2017 (UTC)

The Raid

Hello friend, I reverted your edit on The Raid (2011 film) as per WP:FILMRELEASE: "Release dates should therefore be restricted to the film's earliest release, whether it was at a film festival, a world premiere, or a public release, and the release date(s) in the country or countries that produced the film"

Released dates should state both the earliest date (i.e., festival), and the date it was released in the countr(ies) that produced it.

Also restored language hyperlink, since "languages are not automatically linked. This has been done intentionally because according to WP:OVERLINK, most major languages should generally not be linked. Please do not override this by using a piped link such as English."

Indonesian is not a major language, and it is one of the many languages of Indonesia.

Also, restored your removal of the distributors as per WP:FILMDIST: "Using the same rationale as the release date, the distributor(s) should be restricted to the country or countries that produced the film and (if different) the country where the film is first released."

Which would include Sony Pictures Classics and Stage 6, at least according to the film credits where their name appears in both in the beginning and end of the film, and who contributed to the international filmscore (i.e., Mike Shinoda, Joseph Trapanese). –DA1 (talk) 16:56, 15 May 2017 (UTC)
  • Hey! Thanks for letting me know. No where in the article is it mentioned that this is a US co-production. Unless this is mentioned and verified, the US release date and distributor is secondary information that does NOT need to be in the infobox. The information may be worked into the rest of the article. BOVINEBOY2008 22:40, 15 May 2017 (UTC)

Release date or date finished production?

I see you reverted my edit on List of American films of 2016 for the movie Characterz and I don't quite understand why. Comments said "Reverted good faith edits by Kvn8907 (talk): That is a 2015 film." The movie was in production in 2015 but released July 12, 2016, as per http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5046632/ So, why did you revert my edit? Kevin (talk) 18:33, 19 May 2017 (UTC)

Whoops! Looks like I read too quickly. I thought it said in the lead sentence that it was a 2015 film! My apologies. BOVINEBOY2008 11:03, 20 May 2017 (UTC)
No problem at all. :-) Kevin (talk) 14:04, 20 May 2017 (UTC)

Saab Bahadar page deleation

Thank you for the message. Category:2010s films is a parent category that no individual film article should be using, it should get a specific year once one is available. All future film articles use Category:Upcoming films, a non-diffusing parent category; despite it going to a subcategory, it should stay in the parent category as well. The Call of the Wild (2018 film)

I see that whether to publish a page on this version of the film is subject to debate. If you will commit to republish my stub on initial filming I will yield. I have seen that there other Wikipedia pages on films which have announced prepared scripts, financing and distribution without editors taking issue.RichardBond (talk) 01:11, 11 December 2017 (UTC)
