Student.richard Test Message[edit]

Hello Brendanguyen5, my name is Richard and I am another student in the HMB436 class. I just wanted to see if this is how you send a message! Thanks! --User:Student.richard — Preceding undated comment added 00:13, 26 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Assignment 2[edit]

This is looking good. Be aware that a mould is a kind of fungus. Can you say something about the phylogenetic position of this fungus? It isn't really accurate to say that the anamorph is more yeast-like than teleomorph because they are really the same thing just different life stages. Likewise, if these two taxa represent the same biological entity, their gene sequences should be identical. If there different, that suggest there's something wrong with the determination of synonymy. Check your reference 6 to make sure that you understood it correctly. It may be that that's not the best reference for this point. Lastly, I'd prefer you to use the referencing procedure I outlined on the course wiki page rather than in-line referencing. This approach makes the source much clearer for editing and it also makes it easier to avoid duplication when shifting references around in the body of the article. Article comment[edit]

This looks great! There are a few typos in your text: under taxonomy, your genus name should be in italics, and under pulmonary geotrichosis you said "occasional wheezy can occur" I think you meant to say occasional wheezing. I suggest you proof read your article and fix the minor typos here and there. I really enjoyed reading the commercial use section, I think it's very interesting that it can be used to develop cheese. Great job on the organization and range of information! Liuxia26 (talk) 01:23, 31 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
