This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you create an inappropriate page, you will be blocked from editing. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:40, 30 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, but what you were creating was nonsense. You're free to contribute meaningful content. PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:49, 30 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have to tell you that bands, singers, performers, etc. have to meet an extremely high level of otability before they're included. The criteria are at WP:BAND. If these apply to you, you're certainly welcome to contribute, but be careful to keep the tone from being self-promotional. WP:YFA can help you in that regard. Hope this helps. PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:57, 30 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sonofagun...that is notable enough! I greatly appreciate your having taken the time to review the links I provided; we have a great new stub on a clearly notable musician, namely you. Welcome to the club and please don't hesitate to ask if you need assistance of any sort. PMDrive1061 (talk) 01:46, 31 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

February 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Laurie Elyse has been reverted.

Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): \bmyspace\.com (links: http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewpicture&friendid=8314082&albumid=2611391,, http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewpicture&friendid=909078&albumid=3239827,).

If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 21:17, 1 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

June 2009[edit]

If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. For more details about what, exactly, constitutes a conflict of interest, please see our conflict of interest guidelines. Thank you. Omarcheeseboro (talk) 00:21, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Do you realize this is an encyclopedia?[edit]

What do you think it is, your blog? --Omarcheeseboro (talk) 00:42, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

i was just trying to put a life bio and i though that was the point of this.. millions of other people bios are much more self involved and self promotional

so i had put it back to the way it was before i had changed anything..
Nice job in changing it back. --Omarcheeseboro (talk) 00:54, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

well someone else deleted almost everything.. is it ok if it goes to how it was before today and may i ask for some pointers on making it be the correct way?

I suggest reading the links at the very top of this page in your welcome message, particularly 'Your First Article', also there's a link above about autobiographies that you should check out. Good luck with everything. --Omarcheeseboro (talk) 00:59, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring at Brett Frana[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Brett Frana. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. EdJohnston (talk) 04:35, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You're being discussed at the Conflict of interest noticeboard[edit]

Hello Brettfrana. See WP:COIN#Brett Frana. You are welcome to join that discussion. Editors are concerned that you are violating our conflict of interest policy by warring over the content of an article about yourself. EdJohnston (talk) 04:56, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Brett Frana[edit]

An article that you have been involved in editing, Brett Frana, has been listed for deletion. If you are interested in the deletion discussion, please participate by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Brett Frana. Thank you.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. EdJohnston (talk) 15:57, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Why not try to find any press mentions of your work, any published reviews, and list any albums of yours that have been issued by regular record companies. If you add this information to Talk:Brett Frana, others will assist you in updating the article. For you to edit an article about you directly is a conflict of interest, and is the reason for all the unfavorable attention. A Myspace site does not count as a WP:Reliable source for information about you. The rules for notability of musicians are in WP:MUSIC. EdJohnston (talk) 16:17, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia, and mirrors of Wikipedia such as answers.com, don't count as reliable sources. I suggest that you copy the other links over to Talk:Brett Frana. Is there any published evidence that you are a member of My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult? I could not find your name on their offical website. EdJohnston (talk) 16:40, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 17:39, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
