Image[edit]

Your image for Aden Abdullah Osman Daar is not allowed to be used since the "media file does not have sufficient information on its copyright status". The image will also most likely be deleted off the Commons for the same reason too. You, however can edit the images description with the correct data to stop this. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Aden Abdullah Osman Daar. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Please read the information in the box outlined in red here. If the file is in the public domain then you simply provide a link to a source proving that. I agree with you that the current picture is not great and a better one would serve the article well. If you can't find a source to prove that picture is in the public domain then bring it up on the article's talk page and work with other editors to find one that is. As it stands right now, the article isn't being improved, everyone is just reverting other people's edits. Work together to find a better picture and move on to fixing the content of the article.
