Deciding on your own that an article needs to be moved is not only contrary to our ways of determining consensus, but the method that you undertook the move was also inappropriate since it was a copy-paste move which does not meet the attribution and page history requirements. One thing, what you've described here: [1] would still not comply completely with the attribution requirements.
