Hello, I'm Dan56. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Speak Now, but you didn't provide a reliable source. Please take this time to include a citation to the content you added. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 05:44, 31 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

My changes to Speak Now were clearly justified and in accordance with MOS:ALBUM, WP:CFORK, and WP:Use subheadings sparingly. If you have a valid argument to support your addition of content already available in other articles, then make it at the talk page, but don't make mass changes to articles without any explanation, such as this one, which ultimately ignored every point I made in my edit summaries. These articles are supposed to be readable for a general audience, not comprehensive of every trivial, impertinent detail and sloppily organized and abound with subheadings. If an example would be more telling rather than guidelines, you can look at how information was distributed in FA-promoted album articles such as Aaliyah (album) or Thriller (album), whose information on singles is summarized briefly (per WP:Summary style) and the rest is relegated to the respective singles articles. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
