This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Department of Management Studies, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Department of Management Studies. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. MadmanBot (talk) 22:47, 4 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Jai Narain Vyas University

[edit]

Recently you edited the Jai Narain Vyas University wiki page. If you don't know how to edit a wikipedia page then please first read it. You have put a lot of unnecessary things on the page and which were looks like a book. No user will be interested to read the page. Wikipedia means its a quick reference guide. If the user will need more information s/he will refer the university page. I hope you have understood what message I want to convey you.

  • 'In response to above concern'

I understand your concern..the only thing needed was categorising. Somebody should have created a list of affiliated colleges under universities and colleges link rather than deleting it completely. And yes I had gone overboard in contributing stuff. Thanks Anonymous for your time and attention!Bushra Muzaffar

Get the article merged into the parent

[edit]

I guess the DOMS of the aforesaid college is not prominent enough so as it needs a separate article . I feel you should get it merged into the parent article Jai Narain Vyas University. Gaurav Pruthi 06:59, 9 April 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gauravpruthi (talkcontribs)

Indian Collaboration of the Month

[edit]
Collaboration of the month
Hi there! WP:INCOTM is a WikiProject where editors from different parts of India choose an article and work on it collaboratively throughout the month.
It is a great opportunity to interact with experienced editors from the community and to get the feel of collaboration - one of the reasons and advantages of editing Wikipedia!

This month, Anil Kumble has been the article chosen for GA/FA of the month. And you being a fan of Indian Cricket team, I invite to you to join this collaboration and contribute in making Anil Kumble a good article. BPositive (talk) 06:34, 1 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Indian mathematics

[edit]

Hello, I am a user very active in the Good Article nominating system. I often look and scout for articles that could pass as GAs. I was sifting through WikiProject Mathematics, and found this article. You seem to be the editor who has has the most recent edits done, and I was wondering, do think the article is ready to go under a GA review. If so, Great! If not, what could be done to improve it. I am really exuberant when an article I nominate becomes a GA, and would like for this one to. Please, help this article become a GA. Thanks mate! Oakley77 (talk) 18:45, 3 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Asian 10,000 Challenge invite

[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 01:25, 20 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
