Hi, I am a marketing team member for McDermott Will & Emery and needed to change the language to match our new brand language that is used across all communications materials as of today. I also need to update our logo as it has recently changed. Please help to confirm my account so that I can update the company logo. Thank you.

Hi - so I can't even update the logo to be correct? I understand you not wanting overly promotional materials but I don't see why updating a logo image is inappropriate. Can you please advise.

Read the content on the link I gave you. You must meet the requirements of the policy before editing including make a clear declaration that you are being paid to edit and by whom. I have added the new logo to the infobox. However, I strongly second the advice given to you by QuiteUnusual and suggest that you inform other employees of McDermott Will & Emery's marketing and PR departments of Wikipedia's policies on paid editing.
