The reason the content was firstly removed by Klptyzm and then by myself is because it contributes nothing to the article or the purpose of the article (to give a brief description of each gang along with key members and activities). Once the content has been removed again, which I am sure it will (I am doing an assignment now and thus won't be removing it myself), please do not re-add it. The page has not been locked for a while now, and I am adding references to stop the AfD requests and moans that the article is not referenced.
