Iraq War[edit]

It is disruptive to make a political point by daily updates where monthly would do just fine. Predicting monthly would be fine by me just to keep the total number of edits down to the large number it still would be on this controversial article. This is not done for other articles where fatalities are involved: highway safety with tens of thousands in the US alone, murders in the US, maybe 5,000/year. Cancer deaths in the hundreds of thousands. No one cares. Please stop! Student7 (talk) 11:40, 27 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Numbers supplies on daily basis must, however, match somebody's idea of reality and must not be made up to make a political point. The reference from 8/23 does not match the data supplies on 9/4. Either supply a legitimate reference or updates become WP:SOAP or vandalism. Student7 (talk) 21:12, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Iraqi War. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add references to the article. You must be able to find new sources reflecting these new statistics, not leave the old sources and only update numbers. ←Signed:→Mr. E. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
