Regarding your edits to List of soccer stadiums in Canada - I have reverted your edits only because the list is focused on the soccer uses of the stadia. While the stadia are used by the respective CFL teams you mentioned, that's not what the list is for. The stadia are used for a lot of other things too, which is why the list has to be contained to soccer uses only. If you have any questions about editing Wikipedia, I have been around for a while and will see if I can help, or point you in the right direction. League 1 British Columbia moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, League 1 British Columbia, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hi C23J and thank you for your contributions, perhaps you might look back at the above new article re the naming CANMNT most readers outside Canada wouldn't understand the abbreviation so we would usually use the official country name (see for instance Canada men's national soccer team results (2000–2019)) - you could maybe mention in another column on the table whether it is the men's or women's teams. Best wishes JW 1961 Talk 20:39, 13 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Joseywales1961 thanks. I have made those corrections. John B123 changed the title to "football" from "soccer". Although, I understand that this is an issue with some people, most fans in Canada will recognized it has soccer, not football. How can I change the name back to its original name?

if two editors disagree about the name (it doesn't matter who created it - anyone else is equally entitled to change it) you should start a proposal on the talk page and at requested moves - see the instructions at WP:RSPM. Thank you JW 1961 Talk 10:21, 14 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
