I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Hello[edit]

Thanks for your enthusiasm with regards to Esperanza and Wikipedia. I am rather confused on one point, I am not sure where we have interacted before, if at all. Were you previously editing under an IP? Just curiosity, but welcome to Wikipedia. KnowledgeOfSelf 03:57, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks[edit]

One thing though, Esperanza is only a small part of Wikipedia. Karmafist 12:26, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Another Welcome[edit]

I like your enthusiasm, but don't forget to keep working on the encyclopedia articles, that's why we are here in the first place. Also, here are some other groups that exist. Welcome to Esperanza (well, once you meet the membership requirements) ;-) NoSeptember talk 14:05, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the offer of help :). I have listed some of the articles I like to edit on my user page, but you should instead focus on articles of interest to you. Here is a list of projects, you may find one that interests you. I haven't joined any other group than Esperanza because I find I have enough to do as it is. Just do what you find fun doing. Cheers, NoSeptember talk 15:01, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I am glad to see that you are still around. It only takes 150 edits to join Esperanza. You can figure out your edit total by looking at your contribution list (50 per page). You have 65 now, but being a member right now is less important than doing Esperanzian-like things, which you can do at any time :-). NoSeptember talk 14:25, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You are listed as a participant in this Wikiproject, which appears to have ground to a halt - I'm contacting all participants to try to get things rolling again... hope you can help! -- Medains 08:50, 26 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Could you help me write this article?[edit]

Hello,

I was wondering if you would be willing to help me write either Seikichi_Iha or Shorin-ryu_Shido-kan. Tkjazzer 21:48, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi![edit]

Hi there, welcome to Wikipedia. Well, since I am a WP:NBA guy, a good place to start is the Tracy McGrady article, which needs more text and ESPECIALLY more in-line references (see WP:CITE). Other articles-in-need are Allen Iverson, Amare Stoudemire or Phoenix Suns. All need more text and more refs.

My personal pet project is Jerry West, which is already a good article and which I am trying to make a featured article (WP:FA). If you feel experienced enough to improve an already-good text, the most pressing things are orthographical errors and "flow" of the text.

In any case, nice to see you here, happy editing and I hope you enjoy your stay. —Onomatopoeia (talk) 22:56, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Category:Basketball strategy, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Category:Basketball strategy has been empty for at least four days, and its only content has been links to parent categories. (CSD C1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Category:Basketball strategy, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. To see the user who deleted the page, click here CSDWarnBot (talk) 04:40, 24 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of E-Lybra, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.energetic-medicine.net/e-lybra.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. December 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from E-Lybra, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you.  Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 17:30, 24 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

MfD nomination of Portal:Basketball[edit]

Portal:Basketball, a page which you created or substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; you may participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Portal:Basketball and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Portal:Basketball during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Mark Schierbecker (talk) 23:06, 15 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
