Information icon Hello, I'm Chris troutman. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added to Virginia Hall have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Virginia Hall. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Chris Troutman (talk) 19:39, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I'd have more respect for you if you contributed as means to provide free knowledge, not as a means of promoting your writing career.[edit]

Dear Mr. Gralley, congratulations on being published in Studies in Intelligence. You must be very proud. Please stop being a filthy self-promoter. Wikipedia welcomes contributions like yours but it is not a tool for you to get your name out. Chris Troutman (talk) 19:51, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Wow...[edit]

Sorry. If it adds to our understanding of VH use it. Otherwise reject it and I won’t trouble you again. CGralley (talk) 20:03, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
