Deletion of Stotfield

[edit]

Do you know the town of Lossiemouth? I know it very well. Please look at OS map Explorer 423, 1:25000 and you will see exactly the reason it must be deleted. It is not a village; it is an area within Lossiemouth. Rgds, Bill Reid | Talk 09:43, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Markyate have not played at Step 6 - Division One of the SSML was renamed Division Two whilst they were out of the league (as the Senior Division became Division One in 2001), so they have always been at the same level of the SSML, i.e. Step 7 - see the table "Club Directory" and "All-Time Table Second Level" at the RSSSF. Could you reinstate the prod? Cheers, пﮟოьεԻ 57 11:04, 4 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A good question. Looking at Scottish Football League 1984-85, I can see what today are four semi-pro clubs and ten professional clubs. Therefore I would assume that it was not a fully pro league. However, it's probably a good idea to bring it up on WP:FOOTY as others may know better. Cheers, пﮟოьεԻ 57 10:47, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

For info, he has never played for Partick Thistle.[1] The assault thing probably comes under WP:NOTNEWSas well. пﮟოьεԻ 57 12:48, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Tim Ireland

[edit]

I'm all for discussing the deletion of the article - how does one go about that? I see you've removed the AfD tag I put on the aticle, what happens next? Magpie1892 10.37, 10 July 2009 —Preceding undated comment added 09:37, 10 July 2009 (UTC).[reply]

I have added my tuppence worth to what is a very quiet discussion about the AFD of this article. I will re-instate the AFD tag presently unless someone has anything to add that makes the subject in any way notable. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
