Balance between views...
[edit]CTS10866 04:02, 2 August 2007 (UTC) There is a tremendous amount of material to sift through on so many subjects and personalities. As a newbie, I have noticed quite a few verbal battles going on. Is this the normal creative process to Wikipedian editing?
Kellie Copeland Kutz article
[edit]I noticed you created an article for her. Just wanted to make some comments:
- 1. I didn't know she was still using her married last name.
- 2. You may want to look at some other articles to see the correct format for Wikipedia. (One that you've worked on {Jesse Duplantis} is a good example). Also, this should help prevent it from looking like a resume and violation WP:NPOV
- 3. You may want to also look for some sources to prove the article's notability according to WP:N.
- 4. Lastly, I would keep a close eye on this page (probably adding this to your watch page) for the following reasons. There has been a certain user who has tended to vandalize pages with stuff usually related to something involving eggs, the TBN logo, a picture of fried chicken (taken from the KFC page, logos of various Houston television stations and bad math. Sometimes, however, there will be a masked death threat included. This user has been banned, but has become notorious for using sockpuppets (IP addresses) to do his dirty work(See the history on The Gospel Bill Show and its related talk page, both of which are frequent targets. It's not pretty.) Gridlock Joe, Azumanga1 and myself have been busy keeping an eye out for this guy.
God Bless.

- One other thing, you probably should add some biographical information. I have an album Kenneth recorded in Charlotte back in 1980, and she performed a couple of the songs. In the intro, Kenneth said Kellie was almost 17 by the time the album came out (1981), so I'm guessing she was born in 1964. WAVY 10 14:26, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
Edits I've Made
[edit]I added a few categories and gave the article a heading. Anyone know where we can find some more biographical and recording information? WAVY 10 17:36, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
- Page is coming along pretty nicely. WAVY 10 13:53, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the advice. I appreciate all of the help I can get. I'm still digging through material trying to figure out something interesting to use. She uses her married name on the BVOV telecasts she sometimes participates in or hosts. Every so often several women will sit at a round table and have a forum and depending on who starts moderating they will introduce the participants by name. CTS10866 11:45, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

The newsletter is back! Many things have gone on during the past few months, but many things have not. While the assessment drive helped revitalize the assessment department of the project, many other departments have received no attention. Most notably: peer review and our "workgroups". A day long IRC meeting has been planned for October 13th, with the major focus being which areas of the project are "dead", what should our goals be as a project, and how to "revive" the dead areas of our project. Contribute to the discussion on the the new channel (see below) We decided to deliver this newsletter to all project members this month but only those with their names down here will get it delivered in the future. This is your newsletter and you can be involved in the creation of the next issue. Any and all contributions are welcome. Simply let yourself be known to any of the undersigned or post news on the next issue's talk page
Lastly, a new WikiProject Biography channel has been set up on the freenode network: Our thanks to Phoenix 15 for setting it up.

Another editor has added the {{prod}}
template to the article Kellie Copeland-Kutz, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}}
template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. BJBot (talk) 15:07, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
