Hi, thank you for taking my feedback into account. However, I don't think sections titled "advantages" or "disadvantages" is very encyclopedic - it would be better in, say, a blog post. I have zero experience in business, but text like
is incomprehensive to me and has tone issues.
Note that IGI Global is a unreliable predatory publishing company.
The draft contains a lot of WP:Original research, where you make connections that are not present in the cited sources, and many statements are unsourced. You should address that before re-submitting. Thanks Ca talk to me! 00:14, 1 February 2024 (UTC)

Ask user to consider image undeletion

The following edit describes an image deletion explained essentially by not being able to establish copyright status of the deleted file. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/File:ThunderbirdsT38.jpg Today I am establishing this image is public domain as released in multiple formats of the mishap/accident investigations published by the Air Force and released to the media. I am hereby requesting it be undeleted given this documentation. Below I will post a web page that includes a photo collage that the 5th from left I believe includes one such formation-impact-scar image credited to the Air Force by The Las Vegas Review Journal. Sure, feel free to email me the word file. There should be a "email this user" in the "tools" tab to the right. If you can't find it, try scrolling to the top, there should be a drop down there. …Springs residents described as an earthquake-like explosion that looked like a napalm bomb. Wreckage was strewn across a 1-square-mile area of the desert 60 miles north of Las Vegas."[6] Impact scars on the desert floor created by the impact of the formation are described in several sections and can also be photographically considered on pages 119-126 of the USAF Mishap Board report referenced later in this article. Photographs of these aircraft before they were destroyed in this accident may be viewed at external links posted at the end of this article. These photos may have captured these airframes when their tails were marked to fly in different wing positions than the numbers they were marked with at the time of this 1982 accident. Modifications of these markings are common to keep the both the aircraft, and the airshow schedule, maintained.
Post-accident photos are not a part of reports externally linked at the end of this article, however the attached Mishap Board report paints a picture with words of the post-crash condition of each aircraft after impacting in Line-abreast formation.
Replacement for the second paragraph prof investigation and aftermath:
General W.L Creech, Commander, Tactical Air Command, and a founding Thunderbird wingman from 1953-1955, assigned two officers to each lead the separate investigations of this accident required by Air Force regulations.
A 127-page USAF Mishap Board Report, signed by Brigadier General Gerald D. Larsen, was completed in March, 1982. This report is now public domain and is also attached as an external link.
A 700-page Aircraft Accident Investigation Board (AIB) report, (separately conducted investigation) signed by Col. Henry D. Canterbury, was completed as well.[1] A five-page (factual summary of circumstances)[2] of this AIB report, also completed by Col. Canterbury, was published by Aviation Week & Space Technology (AWST) in their issue dated 17 May 1982. This AWST article was a reprint of a work product of the Air Force and is therefore public domain. An acrobat copy of this five-page AIB summary is attached to this article as an external link. Canterbury[3] and Larsen[4] were both Thunderbird-demonstration-wingmen alumni when they presided over the investigations that resulted in these reports.

From a quick glance, it looks mostly good! I haven't done a detailed look through the sources yet, but just make sure pieces of info you write down are supported by the cited sources, adding in-line citations whenever possible.
I don't really like sentences like may be viewed at external links posted at the end of this article. It breaks the flow of the paragraph, and a more detailed caption at the "external links" section seems better to me. Again, sorry for the horribly late reply! Hi, thank you for contacting me first. I believed the subject met the WP:NCYC criteria since he won a race in the UCI World Tour.
