Why Block me ? The Wikipedia made by France so the admin Wikipedia would be keep Cambodian user for Cambodia history article better then another foreigner , The Cambodia has war all reference destroyed so we are Cambodian we trying restore every things we lost

Why there admin Wikipedia likely banned Cambodian user ?
