I am declining it a second time because you made no substantial changes to the submission to address the issues previously raised. I am also declining it and asking that it be deleted from Wikipedia altogether because it is a copyright violation of this page. Except as noted below, Wikipedia cannot accept text that is copyrighted by others except for short quotes that are in quotation marks or otherwise clearly marked. It cannot accept close paraphrases either, unless they are short. Both direct quotations and closely-paraphrased material must be properly cited.

I saw your contested-deletion notes and was trying to remove the request for deletion when an administrator deleted the page. I have asked him to restore the page, but left him the option of leaving the older revisions deleted until the copyright issues are squared away.
