Your choice of new username is no better. Your username needs to be individualistic(your real name is not required). If you are employed by the Foundation in any capacity, or volunteer with the goal of using the experience to get a paying job, the Terms of Use require you to declare as a paid editor, you do not need to be specifically paid to contribute. Wikipedia is not a place to merely tell about an organization and what it does. Wikipedia articles about organizations must summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about the organization, showing how it meets the special Wikipedia definition of a notable organization. Not every organization merits an article. Please read conflict of interest. You won't be unblocked to, in the short term, edit about your organization.
