You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Community (TV series). Users are expected to collaborate with others and avoid editing disruptively.

In particular, the three-revert rule states that:

  1. Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice.HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 03:29, 29 July 2011 (UTC)

Your contributed article, Harry's Law (season 2)

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, Harry's Law (season 2). First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page - List of Harry's Law episodes. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at List of Harry's Law episodes - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Pstanton (talk) 05:02, 6 August 2011 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Harry's Law (season 2), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

Too soon, article ca be created after the season has aired.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Whitney (TV series). When removing content, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the content has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Your recent edits at NBC shows

I don't mean to sound rude here, but you really, really need to familiarize yourself with Wikipedia policies. For example, the article you created at Ron and tammys should have been created at Ron & Tammys, due to naming conventions, capitalization rules, and a host of other reasons. Also, editors do not own articles, no matter how hard they work on them. This behavior was shown at both Harry's Law and Whitney (TV series) within the past week. Finally, please proofread what you are writing before saving a page. Grammar is very important. Again, I don't mean to sound rude, but it's getting very difficult to correct these mistakes. Thank you. Kevinbrogers (talk) 21:24, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

Well you did come across as extremely rude. I had realized my mistakes for Ron and Tammys but that article NEEDS to be created soon. and excuse me for trying to represent great tv shows, by making their articles the same way. and the next time you feel the need to tell someone what a crappy job their doing. DON"T! i haven't been editing for very long and i am still formalizing myself with the policies.Caringtype1 (talk) 21:36, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

Again, I'm sorry if I sounded rude. As for "excuse me for trying to represent great tv shows, by making their articles the same way," this doesn't reflect encyclopedic writing at all. It's an opinion, not a fact. I agree, all these shows are quite amazing, but we have to present all the facts, even if critics hate the show. Kevinbrogers (talk) 21:39, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

As for "even if critics hate the show" not ALL critics hated whitney and the article made it seem like they did. I tried to "present all the facts" by adding some positive reviews. And if you are just going to criticize mu ron and tammys article why don't you just make it yourself!Caringtype1 (talk) 21:43, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

I never said all critics hate the show. I said IF they hate it, then we have to say that. Also, you did not add positive reviews to Whitney until after you deleted all the negative ones and they had been replaced, and even then, you removed one. Kevinbrogers (talk) 21:50, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

I deleted them because i was going to find positive reviews and rewrite the section with both. I didn't have enough time to do that, so i wanted the reviews to balance out, 1 negative, 1 positive.Caringtype1 (talk) 21:57, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

That's not the way this works. You can't remove information because you don't like the way an article portrays something. I can see that this argument isn't going to go anywhere, so I'm not going to push it any further. Kevinbrogers (talk) 23:07, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

I can make sure the article gets the full picture and not be one sided like Whitney's was.Caringtype1 (talk) 23:51, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

Do not create pages that attack, threaten, or disparage their subject. Attack pages and files are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who create or add such material may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.—An  optimist on the run! 16:23, 10 October 2011 (UTC)

Sorry, my mistake, looking further into this I see the page you created was for a fictional character. However, as you then blanked the page, I assume you wanted it deleted anyway.—An  optimist on the run! 16:27, 10 October 2011 (UTC)

Oh no problem yeah i was trying to delete the page, sorry.Caringtype1 (talk) 16:28, 10 October 2011 (UTC)

Hey, Caringtype, I really like your username. It's so Muppet-y of you! ;) I say that, of course, with the song "Man or Muppet" from the new movie, 'cause it totally fits. (BTW, as my family was leaving the theater, I told my husband, "Dear, you're a muppet of a man!" It's so true.) ;) Anyway, I wanted to thank you for you additions to this list. I really liked the added sections; they make a lot of sense. Your additions really need some references, though. I'd bet that they'd be easy to find, like one of the books that you can bet were published after the release of each movie. And I'm sure there are all kinds of great sources about the characters from the new movie. You're new at this, I see, so let me know how I can assist you. I'm kinda picky about sources, so I'm a good resource at helping folks learn how to do it. Just let me know! It's so nice to have someone else in WP interested in helping out with Muppet articles! Christine (talk) 21:25, 27 November 2011 (UTC)

Yeah I still looking for some references. There are a lot of Muppet sites that have bio pages and Im sure I can find references there. i really looking forward to helping out more of the Muppet articles, especially now that the new movie has made them popular gain!Caringtype1 (talk) 22:33, 27 November 2011 (UTC)

Hi again. Re: your message on my talk page about Muppet Wiki: Wikis, as a rule, are usually not considered a reliable source on WP, as per WP:SPS. Wikis are self-published and user-edited, and aren't subject to the same standards of reliability and verifiability as WP. I recommend that you read about sources; the link above is a great place to start. That being said, I love Muppet Wiki. I've used it quite a bit for the Muppet articles here; not for the sources, but as a place to start. For example, I'll see something on Muppet Wiki and then do a google search to try and support it. It's a great site, full of everything you'd want to know about the Muppets, but unfortunately it has a different purpose than we have over here, so its standards aren't as high. Christine (talk) 18:46, 28 November 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for letting me know, I look for sources to add.Caringtype1 (talk) 20:35, 28 November 2011 (UTC)

My revisions

Hey C, you might have noticed that I've made some changes to your additions. If you don't mind, I'd like to take this opportunity to explain them. I had lots of assistance back when I was a new WP editor, so I like to pass it along when I can. I'll also mention WP policies and resources as I go along.

  • Section titles: The first letter of each word isn't capitalized, except for the first word of the title; see WP:Section caps.
  • I reorganized the TMTM section so that the characters are in alphabetical order, which follows the format of the rest of the list.
  • References: It's ok to use YouTube as a reference. I changed the format of these refs, though. There are all kinds of ways to format refs; I tend to use this: WP:CIT, which I've found very helpful because it lists the templates and is a good primer on how to reference in WP. It's generally a good idea to follow the format of what's already being used.
  • You'll notice that I found some more reliable sources and added them. I removed the Moopets from the new movie and listed them under one entry, because the source from Time Magazine was literally the only thing I found. I really hope that they come out with a movie book about it. I was also unable to find any sources about the rats in TMTM, so I removed them as well. There is a YouTube clip featuring them from the movie ("Rat Scat"), but it didn't give their names! If you could find the clip that introduces them, that would be great, and then we could add them back in.
  • Thanks for adding Robin; what an oversight on my part! (I love his performance of "Halfway Up the Stairs" from TMS.) He actually first appeared in TMS, so I moved him there, along with some reliable sources.

I'm sure you can see how much work needs to be done, especially with the movies. We need to go through each character and find reliable sources for them. I hope my explanation helps. Let me know if you have any questions, and how I can be of further assistance. Christine (talk) 22:56, 4 December 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for explaining your changes and they make a lot of sense.Caringtype1 (talk) 23:03, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
