Hello, I don't really fully understand the usage of Wikipedia personally, it's not my forte, however I do know that I manage the web development department for the organization about whom that particular page is about, and the logo I attempted to upload IS in fact the logo of that organization, and I am empowered by that organization to use the logo however I see fit online as I am also empowered to approve or deny such requests by external entities. I'm not sure exactly what I need to do, but I have full permission from the owner of that mark to do anything I see fit with it provided it's on behalf of the organization.
