Please don't abbreviate years[edit]

Please don't abbreviate years by replacing the first two digits with an apostrophe. It's not clear to readers if "'17" refers to "1917" or "2017". Thanks! ElKevbo (talk) 00:17, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
