The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. I noticed that there are inline routemaps for each of the lines on Trams in Helsinki, but that you also created templates like Template:Helsinki tram line 1 but they aren't transcluded anywhere.
