Orphaned non-free media (Image:Sido-augen-auf-cover.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Sido-augen-auf-cover.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:25, 12 June 2008 (UTC)

Thank you for the "warning"! I'm about just to write the article about the song, however, will need probably still some days. --CARSChten - Here can you talk to me! 17:08, June 6th, 2008 (CEST)

Good work on the Crazy Loop page!

My girlfriend and I were looking at the Mm-ma-ma page you started. We were so impressed to see that you are only 12 and yet you have such a good knowledge of English. It is really impressive. Keep up your studying! My girlfriend learned English best through reading both the German and English editions of books (like Harry Potter) - and talking to me. She's now fluent! You are on your way too, of course. Good luck! I wish you the best.

p.s. LATIN TOO! Really awesome. I took Latin in highschool and it helped me so much in learning German. I hope it will help with your English vocabulary, as it did for me. --Lequinoxe (talk) 20:14, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

Hello Lequinoxe! Oh, there I must pay attention that I do not become too red. But really, I don't have very big desire to learn English or other languages (at school). But I must learn it and I think for me: It's easy!
p.s. Sometimes a translation program help me ;-) ˈkaʁstn̩ 18:39, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Crazy loop in video.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Crazy loop in video.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Image copyright problem with File:Killers-Human sample.ogg

Thanks for uploading File:Killers-Human sample.ogg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Additionally, if you continue uploading bad images, you may be blocked from uploading. STBotI (talk) 11:05, 28 March 2009 (UTC)

RE: File:London Polizei-Einsatz

Hello Carschten. I noticed you added the above file to a few police articles. This is just a quick note to say thanks for adding it, the moving video is very good and is a credit to the articles it is on. Once again, thanks! Police,Mad,Jack (talk · contribs) 20:36, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

Not at all! Thanks for this praise. It wasn't easy to make this animation. But it has a big file size so it was deleted of all articles. What a shame... --kaʁstn 10:54, 23 June 2009 (UTC)

Animated images

Thanks for the police car animation, but Wikipedia policy stresses that animated images should only be used "sparingly", and for GIFs with a small file size. There's no way that we can use a 1.6Mb animation - it'd be much more useful to readers (particularly those reading a printout, or accessing Wikipedia through a dialup connection) to provide a single, high quality photo. Perhaps you could pick a single frame from the original video clip, and just upload that? --McGeddon (talk) 21:34, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

No, I can't make a good single frame of this video because the bad quality you can't see that it is a police car. And if you see it's a police car the lamp came. it's a pity that the file size is so big. It's not to be changed. --kaʁstn 10:59, 23 June 2009 (UTC)
