This], WP should have a grammar checker. Thanks for fixing it ;-) GDonato (talk) 20:47, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. I just noticed it. I couldn't spell or have good grammar if my life depended on it, so I'm never a hard ass about it. CASCADIAHowl/Trail 20:52, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Could you help me?

[edit]

I was trying to get a picuter to link to the subpage of my User Page, which is not going too well I might add, (I turned my old user page into a subpage) and I was wondering if you could help me. Thank you for your time. --Kkrouni 21:11, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

On my User Page, I've been trying, but the previews were showing all mannor of text... --Kkrouni 21:25, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, thank you, but (don't trouble yourself doing it, with instructions, I should be able to handle it) could you tell me how to make that link to the subpage, if that's possible--Kkrouni 21:33, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

About archiving

[edit]

When you said "I added a personal welcome further up, to prevent it from being removed by the archive bot right away" What exactly did that mean?--Kkrouni 00:57, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Oh I get it. You should make that into a welcoming template! (But easier to paste). Seems like you're having a little trouble with Lilkunta I'll try to help as best I can if you need me.--Kkrouni 01:04, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Log timestamps

[edit]

I thought of something that may have caused the discrepancy between the timestamp and log/contribs timestamps. In your preferences, do you have a time zone set? If a time zone is set in your preferences, it will change the time/date stamps in logs and contribs that you see to the time zone you have set, but signature timestamps are not changed; so you still see signatures in UTC while you see contribs/logs in whatever time zone is set in your preferences. Just a thought, NickContact/Contribs 01:15, 7 May 2007 (UTC) [reply]

Quite good. Stayed home today because my back stiffened up, but all is good now. I'm just giggling a bit (okay, laughing) that the essay I started about passwords was not only migrated to Meta but is now appearing at the top of everyone's browser. HA HA HA, boy howdy! Regarding your userbox on your userpage

[edit]

Just letting you know that putting your email address on a userbox, could make it a target of email spam. If users want to contact you via email, they can use the email user function. –Spebi 07:41, 8 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Question for you... do you think this comment is for real, or is this just a wikifriend of yours? Feel free to answer here, I'll keep an eye out. Mahalo. --Ali'i 19:06, 8 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That was made by someone I had a bit of an argument with over on WP:USRD regarding the use of common names for highways. He kept talking about page moves and use of terms like Highway 99, but I kept asking him about using terms like Red Mountain Freeway segment of Arizona State Route 202 for highways that have official secondary names. He would never answer and kept talking about WP:USSH and SRNC (State Route Naming Convention), and how two users were trying to buck consensus and destroy the peace in the project by starting another move war (something me and Jasper never wanted to do in the first place and made it clear. Finally, NORTH stepped in and told him to stop trying to squash debate on issues the way he was. You can read the whole argument on the wikiproject talk page. I guess he decided to comment on my Editor Review because he didn't like the fact that I had to resort to saying things like "You really don't understand what I'm saying" and asking if "the comment on your userpage is clouding your judgement" because it was clear he wasn't listening. Thanks for your concern and noticing it! Review MeCASCADIAHowl/Trail 19:44, 8 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Wow... I thought he was joking around! Sounds like you guys aren't the best of wikifriends. Sorry for making you re-hash the whole debate. I was just shocked at first at seeing someone have a 5k minimum for adminship, but then I noticed the less than perfectly civil remark but thought you two were just joking around (like some have sarcastically opposed an RfA). Guess I should have checked further. Mahalo nui loa. --Ali'i 20:02, 8 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Eh No problem. I really don't have any issues with him outside I disagree with his interpretations of things, other than that... meh... not worth causing a war over. Review MeCASCADIAHowl/Trail 20:06, 8 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I suppose that's a good policy to have. :-) --Ali'i 20:12, 8 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I meant to put on the Pinal County template instead, but made an error. Please note, however, that the article says that it's in both. Nyttend 16:39, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
