Crystal whacker, Thanks for improving the article. The addition: "Alkane metathesis is catalyzed by metals." is not technically correct however. "Metals" refers to actual metals (shiny, conductive, etc) and not metal-containing compounds (hence NaCl is not a metal). So I changed it to: "Alkane metathesis is catalyzed by metal-containing compounds or complexes."Catalyzer (talk) 16:48, 17 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
