Photos

[edit]

Hi Cayla, good work on the photos for Winnipeg. If you have any more, could you let me know? I am trying to insert more photos where appropriate in Winnipeg articles. jdobbin 19:21, 14 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Excellent. Whatever photos you have for buildings, festivals and the like would be great. Something with the MTC sign would be good, City Hall, Concert Hall and planetarium. Pretty much anything. I'm hoping that we can get a peer review of the Winnipeg article so that people can give it a thorough going over in the fall. It's much better than it was a few months ago but it still needs some work. jdobbin 05:26, 15 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Great work. Photos are one of the things that really are needed on a lot of the entries. Good stuff. jdobbin 22:52, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I am starting to make use of some of the pictures now. I think I am done with the overhaul of the Winnipeg section. I am not going off to the links from Winnipeg. If you are still out and about wit the camera this summer, I could use pictures of the Children's Museum, the MTYP, Forks Market buildings or anything else you find interesting. Thanks! jdobbin 21:56, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

More Photos

[edit]

I am still making use of the photos you have taken. Thanks so much. I am still looking for a few pictures. If you are out and about, I'd love a picture of a city bus for the transit article. A winter picture of the Legislature would be great as well. More Forks pictures and any other landmarks would be terrific. jdobbin 04:39, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Cold Creek Manor

[edit]

Hello! I know you have written an article about "Cold Creek Manor" movie. There is a phrase by some of the characters of the movie there about "black hammer" or something like that. I watched the movie in Russian, but I want to learn how this phrase sounds in English. It must be something like "The black hammer seeks for the weak ones, he will crush all the skulls". Please, tell me the original variant of this phrase. Thanx. --Andysoft 08:15, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for Image:Dune-miniseries.jpg

[edit]

Thank you for uploading Image:Dune-miniseries.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 12:05, 12 September 2008 (UTC) [reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:Pippinalbum.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Pippinalbum.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Werieth (talk) 00:24, 23 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
