A tag has been placed on Template:Electric-chair-stub requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it must be substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{substituted}}</noinclude>).

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by visiting the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you.  BarkingFish  23:08, 25 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Warning: Removal of CSD Template

[edit]

Please, do not remove CSD templates from articles or other material of which you are the author. This is Vandalism and could ultimately result in your getting blocked from editing. If you wish to contest the speedy deletion of anything, please add {{hangon}} under the CSD template on the template, then state why the template should not be deleted upon it's talk page. I have undone your edits, and would suggest if you disagree with the deletion of your work, you do what I stated above. Thank you.  BarkingFish  23:46, 25 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Template:Electric-chair-stub. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. A tag has been placed on Template:Person-stub requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's discussion directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of recreating the page. Thank you. The article Sparko has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unreferenced, non-notable toy

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). It's the second time you create this page Baby Dead14:56, 14 July 2012 (UTC)

Thank you for your recent contributions. Getting started creating new articles on Wikipedia can be tricky, and you might like to try creating a draft version first, which you can then ask for feedback on if necessary, with less risk of deletion. Do make sure you also read help available to you, including Your First Article and the Tutorial. You might also like to try the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version. Thank you.

Warning

This is your last warning. The next time you make an inappropriate edit, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. This includes creation of inappropriate pages, undiscussed page moves, and any other undiscussed controversial edits. While sometimes controversial edits are necessary, if you want to make an edit that you are unsure of, it's best to discuss it with other people first. Soap 16:31, 14 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Some other things

[edit]

When you add content to existing articles, such as you did in this edit to Epcot, please reference it from a reliable source. Also, that article does not have any of the various country-pavilions that have been proposed but not built mentioned. If you have sourced information about the unbuilt countries that were proposed at one time or another, it would probably be better to add that as a separate "Proposed but canceled" section rather than seeming to tack on unsourced content in a section that only consists of present World Showcase countries. Thanks, Shearonink (talk) 17:50, 14 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I appreciate the fact that you must like the Tamagotchi article, but for a Wikipedia article to be named a Wikipedia Good Article it has to go through the WP:GAN process first. Thanks, Shearonink (talk) 17:54, 14 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
